      <image:caption>Stephanie Krempa is a NYC based coach who works at the intersection of strength, endurance, and recovery. She helps people train with intention while creating space to restore and build consistent, sustainable relationships with themselves. Her work is informed by formal education, with a Master’s in Nutrition Science and a Bachelors in Exercise Science, as well as lived experience navigating high performance training. After overcoming the female athlete triad, she developed a deeper commitment to helping others build resilience while remaining responsive to their bodies’ signals. In addition to strength and nutrition coaching, Stephanie has expanded into restorative practices, including Yoga, Pre and Postnatal training, and Andean traditional techniques such as Womb Sobada and Cerrada. This integration allows her to create experiences that are both structured and intuitive, bridging discipline with a more attuned way of training. She now brings this work into both private coaching and curated retreat experiences, helping people reconnect to their bodies, deepen their intuition, and move through life with greater clarity, confidence, and self trust.</image:caption>
